My story
Hi, I’m Jessica — Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and founder of ListSplit Solutions, LLC.
My journey into the STR Support world began with a deep-rooted love for hospitality. With years of experience in the service industry, I developed a passion for creating smooth, welcoming experiences — not just for guests, but for the people behind the scenes, too.
While working and going to school, I realized just how many hosts were overwhelmed with the day-to-day demands of running an STR business. From guest messages to scheduling cleanings and staying on top of unique activities to do in the area, it became clear that hosts needed reliable support they could trust — someone who gets it.
That’s why I launched ListSplit Solutions: to combine my hospitality background, organizational mindset, and eye for detail into a service that truly helps hosts thrive. Whether you're just starting out or managing multiple properties, my goal is to help you reclaim your time.
